Not a classic today, yet. Forecast sea breezes with a bit of a NW lean, this might help a Westerly sea-breeze dominate. Currently a bit of patchy cloud moving slowly from the SW, hopefully this will burn off and the Sun can do its job. Looks clearer to the North over Moirs. May well be worth the Gas, will need to check the Weather station a little bit later after I have done my chores. :D
I went to Moirs Saturday PM. It looked promising, but only weak thermal activity and no dynamic. I found it near impossible to launch. When I did I barely gained 30m before sinking out and slope landing half way down the hill. This weekend doesn't look promising, a possibility of NE Saturday, maybe Dills?
Could I grab a lift and shre petrol with anyone heading out to fly from the North Shore (can walk to meet at Constellation station)? Currently car-less, off work till Thursday next week and up for any flyable day ;)

Hey Tony, went to Kaimais. Technical and challenging (as there was very little dynamic) but great fun. Base was 4600.
