Well, you've arrived at the right place :). To get started what you probably need to do is hook up with a flying school that can teach you. I'm a paraglider pilot, so I'm not sure which hang gliding schools are still active in the Auckland area. I think Paddy Munro is still running Aqua Air, and I beleive Carlos Palmer is also running a school for new pilots - you can call him on 027 4877654 or email him at ths_master@hotmail.com
