Did you end up going to Moirs on Thursday?

I was working out at South Head, NW of Helensville, all day and was watching the convergence building.

Early morning it was light SE then around 1pm the Westerly Sea-breeze kicked in and the clouds overhead dissappeared.

From the ground I saw a cloud street from the Waitakeres north until it got into some heavier duty build up around Moirs and the Kaipara Hills.

The satellite picture shows it "beautifully".
