ARINC424 file format is read by a number of moving map EFIS systems for airspace definitions- it appears to be the standard format in both the GA and commercial areas.
Jeppesen provide airspace files (including NZ) in ARINC424, but it is expensive- priced more at commercial operators.
I should declare my interest here- I am NZ agent for Stratomaster EFIS for microlights/experimentals, and looking for a better, cheaper way of providing local airspace updates to customers.
