Anyone flown here - Tangihua

It's SW of Whangarei and has a TV antennae on the ridge. Looks like it would take N - NE and the ridge rises to 2000ft.

From a Distance
Hi Daron
On a good day you can see it from Moirs, the Range has a distinctive conical peak on it which I believe is your launch site.
It falls in the Whangarei MBZ 171.
That may be problematic.
In Google Earth the northern end of the Range looks like it may have a suitable launch. Outside the MBZ, but you would have to fly around it heading South.
I am sure the Northland Club would have "discovered" these sites a long time ago. (that's if there is anyone there)
