ACCOUNTS 2008 TO BE RATIFIED AT AGM

Attached copy of Financial Statements to September 2008.

A copy will be available for review at AGM 7th November.

Members will be asked to ratify these.

Although in draft format, we anticipate the final statement will be the same therefore we will present these to avoid having to hold a Special General Meeting at another time just to ratify accounts.
