Special General Meeting and winter get-together. 7.30pm, CT Club, Greenlane.

Hi everyone,
A Special General Meeting is to be held on the 3rd Wednesday of June (18th) at the Commercial Travellers’ Club, Greenlane.
The occasion is to ratify our financial accounts which you will find posted on Cloudbase http://www.cloudbase.org.nz/node/215#attachments , and to have a bit of a of a get together. Finger food and snacks will be provided.
To help relieve the flying jitters, Andrew Wilson will give a presentation of his experiences in the HG World Championships in Texas, and there will be video of the NZ Air Games held in Wanaka with some cool HG and PG action.
Other items on the agenda:
· Proposal for an inaugural trophy to be presented annually to recognise outstanding service by individuals towards the club/sport.
If anyone has any items they would like to add to the agenda, or if there are any questions on the accounts please let me know as soon as you can so we can prepare before the meeting.
